Our Story
Vapiano started in Hamburg, Germany in 2002. In 2007 we opened our first Swiss restaurant in Sihlcity, Zurich and offered something very special.
Personalisation was key and today that’s more relevant than ever.
Handmade fresh pasta cooked in front of you, exactly as you like it. Extra chilli? Sure? No garlic? No problem. Can’t eat mushrooms? We’ll leave them out.
Our pizza dough, sauces, dressings and dolci are made by us, from scratch in house every single day.
